Captain Cooker 'Original' Manuka Beer  The manuka for the Captain Cooker ‘Original’ was picked during a recent trip to Fiordland, from the very site where Cook picked his in 1773 - Pickersgill Harbour in Dusky Sound - where you can still see the stumps of the trees he felled to clear the headland to aid his cosmic observations. And I swear you could still hear the laughter of some very happy sailors echoing around the dusky bush clad sound.

March Hare - Hoppy manuka beer. Brewed especially for the inaugural MARCHFeST 29/3/08. A very hoppy bunny this one. 4%

Black Pig - 6% dark manuka ale - Like a Strong Ox crossed with a Captain Cooker. 2011

The Green Eyed Pig - brewed back in '97 using another local herb that also grows very well around these parts but which is best left un- identified!   A one off wonder that some swear took them places where no beer had taken them before.
