The Mussel Inn Beer Tasting Entry Form

Instructions: On paying your entry fee of $10 you will receive your very own glass. Present this glass at the bar and we’ll give you your first sample. You will have 5 minutes taste it and enter its number in the box next to the beer that you think it is. When the bell is rung, bring your glass back to the bar to get you next sample. And you next sample and so on …

When all samples have been tried, hand in your entry form. The highest score wins the prize. In the event of a tie, blended samples will be issued until place getters are established.
